A leading Waste Management company is currently seeking a Commercial Manager for the tendering of new and replacement municipal Waste contracts.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the tendering of new and replacement contracts.
- Develop and manage project plans for tender activities.
- Support in the mobilization/handover of successful tenders.
- Prepare and submit Approval Papers to the board.
- Manage a team to liaise with operations staff to maintain relationships with local authority customers and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Monitor and assist Finance Centre performance in respect of invoicing, indexation, take or pays, bonuses, extras, credit notes, debt etc.
- Optimise contract revenues and administration of contracts.
- Prepare budgets, and monitor and report monthly performance.
